Our web based system – PenScope – provides end-to-end administration for both in-house pension teams and third party providers.

We’ve created PenScope based on many years working with defined benefit, defined contribution, CARE, auto enrolment and hybrid schemes. It’s designed with flexibility in mind, enabling us to adapt this solution based on the needs of your scheme.

As data experts, the quality of data is always at the forefront of our minds. That’s why we’ve added in-built data validation at the point data is input, helping to prevent data errors and discrepancies before it’s added to the administration platform.

How does it work?

PenScope can be used as a basic browser-based admin workflow system, but we’ve also developed a suite of extras for you to pick and choose from.

For members – Providing direct access to your members makes it easy for them to register, view their documents and self-serve for things like benefit statements and modelling, investment changes and updating personal details.

For accounts and payroll – We offer a simplified way to instruct payroll to make changes to member changes and payments.

For employers – Our easy to use employer portal allows employers to submit their employee data, and our in-built validations on their data, member matching and reporting can provide reassurance of data accuracy.

For providers and third party administrators – Simple user interface with process management and straight-through processing along with document management integration and reporting.
