Auto enrolment middleware – what use is it?

Guy Ridley explains how ITM decided to use its own business as the tester for its middleware auto-enrolment software.

We responded with a quizzical look and asked: “What do you mean?” They responded by saying: “Are you building software that ‘just does what it says on the tin’ that we could licence from you?’ We thought: “Ah ha – what a good idea.” So we embarked on a journey that was eye opening and ultimately successful. We decided to use our own business as the model and use an outside consultant to help us ‘spec’ eAsE – our middleware software solution.
