ABI vulnerable customers

For both the insurance and pensions industry, firms often engage with customers at vulnerable points. This event was held as a means of exploring how industries can ensure that firms will interact with vulnerable customers in effective ways possible to achieve fair and consistent outcomes through innovation and/or instilling the right company policies and culture in a firm. It brought together experts in the field to showcase tested methods of good practice, and also discussed the common challenges that arise.
